MIT Finish with Honor

Terenure Rugby -70 MIT RFC 19

MIT integrated its European contingent to fill out the side.  Tom, Ramon, and Paco added their expertise to the squad to make the side 14 strong.  A player was borrowed form Terenure and the match was on.  MIT came out strong and once again held the Irish side scoreless for 10 minutes.  A missed tackle here and there though opened up the scoring for Terenure.  The halftime score was 35 -5.

The second half saw MIT come out strong and hard.  The forwards put together multiple phases, and the strength of MIT began to wear down the Terenure side.  MIT scored once on a multiple phase pick and go effort, and once again on a beautiful pick, set up by the forwards for Tom L.  In the end MIT represented well.  Nothing was given up easily and the Irish respected our rugby ability.

Mentions:  Kevin "Secrets Bear Care Bear" Satter for playing on a really bum ankle.  Nobody from Terenure ever wants to get tackled by him again.
Ramon, Tom, and Paco for coming out to help the squad.  Truly fun playing with you guys.
